When I went to pick up my car (at exact time I was supposed to) they did not have my size available (Yukon). I sat at the counter for approximately 30 minutes while they tried to find something. They finally came over the radio and said we don't have anything customer can have a mini van or explorer. When I asked will I get it cheaper was told she could not do it now but will manually discount my reservation later. When I returned the vehicle there was no discount given. And because I was 50 minutes late was charged another 50.99 for an hour; that is a little excessive for less than an hour!

Wait was longer than necessary due to shortage of agents. Also, CarRentals pricing was 10% under quoted. Think I'll book direct next time.

I received 100% of everything promised in the booking. The counter service was quick, pleasant and efficient. The car was clean, fully serviced and had a note from the servicing agent to let him know if things were not satisfactorily. The performance of the car was flawless. Check in was less than 3 minutes. Well done.
