They did not have the size car I reserved so I had to pay more

I did my reservation. Few days in advance. I had to take my car to the mecnic and feom there to work.i have a friend helping me driving my car after i was getting the rental. Over one hr. Earlier i got a call saying is not cars dince yesterday. We were on the roaf Already. And the person say if you need a car go to Miami airport told him i am not car and need to go to work. He should call me back. Of xourse did not. This is not good. I had to pay uber for my friend other for me and get some way to go to work from miami to deerfield. Crazy fay. I am still very upset. Budget this is not way to take care.of business I rent cars almost every week with different company

I made a reservation days in advance at the budget in the rk center in north miami beach , i was suppose to go to a funeral in another city and when i got there they said there wasnt any more cars available that was very unprofessional a waste of time and i had no way to make it to the funeral i was not contacted a head of time very unprofessional.
