I was already having a bad day with my airline losing my luggage. I went in and they were so accommodating and friendly. Excellent customer service!

Manger was helpful and got me into another car as quick as possible. It was not cleaned yet. But if I waited for a clean car I would have been late to my meeting

Horrible experience. As we were taking off, realized the pick up location was far from the airport even though I booked with the destination being FLL airport. Called to change, upcharged $100. Never booking through carrentals.com again.
