no document given during the rental, just an "everything is by email" from the agent, who billed me € 111 as a guarantee refundable within 28 days. a month after nothing !!!!!!!!!

We arrived at Terminal 2, there was no one to collect the car outside. The staff at the counter at Terminal 2 were very incompetent and told us that as we had the plane at Terminal 3 we had to get the car better at the terminal 1 because it was closer.GROSSE ERREUR.We had 3 h of margin and we found ourselves running to record last minute.There is an internal train at roissy which from terminal 2 or terminal 1 drops off at terminal 3 in 20 minutes Never again budget !!

Had a bit of difficulty picking up the car, have a foreign license but not the international paper copy, I had with me an official translation stamped by the embassy, they were refusing to give us the car without it. He pulled up the terms and conditions on the screen and I saw it clearly written that a foreign license was acceptable with a translation, after nearly an hour they gave us the car. We left the airport and realised that the car’s heater was not working. The next day montparnase station branch exchanged the car. The rest of the hire was very positive. Dropped the car off late at night in the carpark at terminal 1
