Useless insurance, when I had a flat tyre, I had NOBODY to contact. And was told via email, that I should call Allianz insurance company, really?! You sell me insurance and then I have to contact them directly myself?! The worst thing is, that Allianz didn't even know about any insurance under the number you provided me with. Also because of YOUR special reservation conditions, I didn't have even the basic cover (CDW) provided by every other rental company in the world, so I had to pay for it at the counter. Will take action in the court once I have everything sorted out. Nothing was in T&C.

Car with less than 15k km, clean and solid. Good advice with insurance, often a difficult choice. Better comparative rates. Only con was that the Garmin Navigator provided could not be charged from the lighter socket, presumably because the fuse was removed and we had to navigate with maps.

Satisfactory but nothing more. Staff at the counter courteous but hurry and not smiling at all, which gives you a vehicle with a trunk too small. While I asked for a Peugeot 3008 to have a large chest is entitled to a Vauxhall Crossland medium trunk. So a week to travel with a suitcase between two people behind. The staff do not know the Autoescape warranties (for the franchise) and obviously do not care. Vehicle that works very well, comfortable and clean, a little greedy fuel, GPS not very powerful (it does not know the sights). Very easy and quick restitution with friendly staff. I'm waiting for the rest (deposit refund).
