My pickup time was scheduled for 12/23/19, 10am. When I arrived at 9:50am, there were no cars (zero) on the lot, and a waitlist of four people, I was fifth. The person in line ahead of me had been there waiting for at least an hour, and by the time we were both able to leave with our vehicles, another hour and a half had passed. At two different points, those of us waiting were offered an upgrade to a luxury vehicle, and a significantly discounted rate on a cargo van. Neither option was suitable for me, and I chose rather to wait for either the vehicle I had reserved, or something comparable. This location clearly did not have enough vehicles in supply to meet the needs of those with reservations. They were very friendly, and offered a discount for the trouble of waiting, as well as waiving the gas fee. However patient I was at the time, it was definitely a large inconvenience to have to delay my holiday plans. If I had other options for traveling I would have utilized them.
