Renter away from the terminal, obligation to wait for a shuttle, waiting interminable, 13 people in front of us, not to mention 3 people passing in front of us! In total more than an hour before having the vehicle, no condition of the vehicle! A defect noted from where return to the kiosk to report it. Once installed in the vehicle, second defect, missing an air vent from where back to the kiosk again! In addition, they announce us uncovered car for theft and obligation to take additional insurance 125 euros in addition to 341 already paid!

I had a vending machine on the car del mar voucher, but the category on the voucher did not correspond with the Avis category, so I had to pay 48 euros for a vending machine, while I had paid for a vending machine at car del mar! The car was a Ford Focus with 65,000 km from a year or 4 old, in which was smoked, while I had ordered a VW troc that can be up to 1 year old !!!!

This is the second time that AVIS has billed me without having to communicate the reason beforehand. I rent a car every 15 days to 1 month in Naples. The law in Italy provides snow chains or adequate tires from November to April. However when the agent asked me Friday night to go get the chains for snow outside, in any case he told me that it would cost me a rate per day in addition to my billing. It's just inadmissible. The last time he had added an insurance that I had not taken since I am using my CB. In short, AVIS Naples is unsavory.
