My only complaint was that the car hadn't been very well cleaned. We found candy wrappers, and an old contract in the glove box. But we just wiped it down thoroughly with wipes and sanitizer. I

Got there read my email with my confirmation number and called the number on the email I was told to call when I landed. Not the correct number for that came on my email. Not correct number it was budget not Payless. Got transferred still not correct place. That person did know how to get to the car. Got on bus driven to Payless paid and was told to sit out front my car would be brought to me. Well the guy
pulled u with wet car but looked at me and walked away. I didn’t know what to do as I supposed to get the car or wait. Waited for at least 15 min more went inside to get back in line but the people that came after me told the man to talk to me. I went up to him and ask is this my car he said yes that’s when I left.

Great experience. Only possible improve,net would be cleaner windshield
