The day before my rental was to be returned, I re-rented the same car for a second week AND paid in advance online. The first problem was that they still had me go back to the rental center to do more paperwork, a real time hassle for extending the same car that was already paid in advance. The second problem was that I arrived to do the extra paperwork one hour earlier than the original drop-off time for that evening, so they tried to charge me for one extra hour in the second week OR make me return the car an hour earlier than planned (and paid for in advance) after the second week was finished. If I had run up there at lunch time to do the paperwork instead of 5:00, I would have been screwed out of a half day at the end of the second week. This is completely avoidable nonsense since both weeks were paid in advance and for specified times. The only reason that they get two stars instead of one is the friendliness of the staff, but if I need to rent again, it won't be here.

From scheduling the reservation, to the pick-up to the drop-off, the entire process was flawless. I had zero issues and I even got upgraded to the next size car because my size was not available. Thank you!

There were no cars available at the time of my reservation, even though I had booked several days in advance, and I had to wait almost an hour to get a car. The staff members were not apologetic and I did not get any kind of discount for this inconvenience. Other than that, the car was fine.
