Spent forever waiting in the office to pick up my car. Car didn't come with PlatePass as promised. Car was gross.
Cherry on top: I returned my car after hours following the Hertz protocol. I left the car immaculate, with a full tank of gas. Now, I'm getting all sorts of weird charges appearing on my credit card. Never had this happen with another car rental company - NEVER RENTING FROM THEM AGAIN!

Worst customer service. The representative at the customer desk doesn't know how to talk to the customer. He was started arguing/shouting on me because mistakenly I gave him my license (in routine) which was expiring then I gave him the temporary license and told him sorry. But he said, why don't you gave me the other license first, why you waste my time. It took literally few seconds when initially I gave him my original license and than other license (temporary).
I always rent a car from Alamo, but this time I cancelled my reservation and rent it from Hertz. But I really had bad experience. I am not going to rent again from Hertz anymore.
The vehicle I received had Oil change due, whenever I start vehicle oil change alarm turns on.

Hertz at the Raleigh Airport is very efficient, quickly moving you through the process of picking up and returning your car. Their staff is very friendly.
