I had rented initially via a large renter, but due to a mistake in entering my name I had to ask for help from the customer service who canceled my reservation to propose Locauto to Catania. I was a little afraid of an unknown renter but ultimately they are associated with Enterprise and Alamo. No waiting, nice people, everything is done via tablet. A rental without stress finally.

The acquisition of the car went quickly and quickly before him. The car was clean, almost new and matched the rental package. A little undercommitted, but we were on vacation. The tank was half full; the lady told us; we should just give it back half full. The return of the car was completely chaotic. Come on at the signposting, which is present only to the barrier of the area and then completely missing. This also applies to the other smaller car rental companies. Therefore, in the small, narrow parking garage many cars criss-cross and search around, ignoring all traffic signs. By chance and after some inquiring, we then found the parking. There is a badly visible sign that you can only see from one direction. Half the tank filling were then charged to us. First, 2/3 of the tank volume was calculated even though the tank was half full. Secondly, fees of around 50 euros for the refueling itself are recalculated. The filling has cost 110 euros (normally we have for about 30-40 euros fueled). Nobody wanted to know anything about the half full tank at the takeover. Of course you do not have much time to make a riot before you leave. Especially if you have lost almost 30 minutes to search. Ergo only remains a lazy feeling regarding the car rental company and the fist in the bag.
