I made reservation and showed up a few minutes before reserved time. Told no car available. Got nothing but a really lame excuse and really weak apology. Customer service didn’t even look away from her computer to even talk to me.

When I showed up to pick up my prepaid car they said I needed to provide a deposit. I have great credit and a crystal clean driving history but I assumed that it was just something they had to do....not required anywhere else I have been but whatever. I gave them a card and they said it had to be on the card I did the reservation with.That card could not be used. They said that I could not rent the car. I explained that I would not get a refund from the third party as it said so on the rental agreement and the person at the desk said she could not do anything and could not cancel the rental. She had just told people in front of me that at their dealership 5 days equals a week. This place just seems shady. I will NEVER go back and would never recommend them to anyone. When you pull up it looks like you will get ripped off, it is sketchy looking and in a strip mall. The people at the desk are super disinterested in their jobs and offer no customer service. Basically I was left without a rental and had to alter all of my plans for a weekend that had me visiting family in the NICU. I was supposed to help my sick niece get home from the hospital. Thanks.
