I arrived at 10:20 am for pickup and had a 20+ min wait for pickup. The lone employee was very fast, efficient and polite but grossly over worked. He needed some help. The car was not freshly washed but very clean with just a tiny but of road dirt on the outside but cleaner than I run my car. The interior was very clean with only a few faint spots on a car with 34K miles. The drop off went very quick and I see no need for improvement there.

If you want to get out of town and into the countryside, choose a rental car with a bit of power. A mid-size or full-size SUV will get you to the area’s prairies in comfort. Spending most of your time near the bright lights of the city? A compact or mini car is a great choice. Maneuvering through narrow streets and squeezing into tiny parking spots will be a piece of cake with one of these.

First of all, there’s a great range of both high-end and economy rental vehicles on offer in Kansas City. What you end up opting for depends on how much you’re willing to spend and what you plan to do. Prestige vehicles are all about comfort and class. If you’re splurging, why not pick a fully kitted-out SUV, or perhaps a stylish medium-sized vehicle? Alternatively, if you’re just after a set of wheels to zip around town in as economically as possible, maybe go for a budget compact vehicle (or something else that’s unlikely to break the bank).
