went to get rental no van available so i had to change all my plans i had made reservation 3 days earlier . POOR SERVICE

Took a while to pick up and at drop off the lady couldn’t have taken the keys away from me fast enough.

I had a paid reservation for a car for 5 days, we were driving a motorhome from 2400km away, i had made the car available for 10h00 not knowing exactly when i would get there du to traffic and road etc, got to Hertz at 16h00 to have the clerk (Brian who had no interest in customer service) tell me that since i was more then 2 hours late for pick up the rented the car....... THIS IS A PAID RESERVATION, if i pick it up a day late who care i paid for it ! I called the Hertz head office who was helpful (not like Brain...) and they founded me another car, i had to take a uber to get to it because the motorhome needed to be park for a certain hour and could not be move after.
