Waiting 3/4 hour before being able to recover the vehicle (“during disinfection within the framework of the coronavirus) Fault in front right wheel pressure during the entire rental period. When the vehicle was picked up, the Hertz agent mentioned a display bug and certified that everything was fine, but that he did not know how to make this display fault disappear. Not very professional. In this case the fault was very real because the tire pressure did not stop falling during our rental week.

When I arrived at Split airport, the Hertz employee informed me that there are no cars available. An employee who washes the cars would have developed COVID-19 and all cars would now be blocked. I was refused help with renting another car or a written confirmation of this reason. What is striking is that a local car rental company that did not have a counter in the airport building was immediately ready to provide me with a car for more than twice the price of Hertz. Since I was in a hurry, I accepted this offer. I have the impression that everything was a agreed fraud. So, never again Hertz in Croatia.
