Rental counter was in a hotel. I called and asked if this was the case and was told it was a lot. This was also across town from where we thought we were picking up so had to get a Uber to the location and arrived later than planned. Our rental was not at the lot and we had to get transferred to another lot to get a vehicle. Vehicle was an upgrade but this still took a lot of time and added cost. At the end of our rental period we asked for a couple hours before returning the car and was charged $20. This seemed high due to our daily rate.
