The car had so much dirt and mud on the outside. It was embarrassing.

We were very satisfied with the vehicle that we rented for our trip despite the effort and patience it took to achieve it. The car we expected was not there however with with polite stern encouragement the young lady and manger worked through to get us what we expected and everything resolved. The time that is involved with checking in and out vehicles is clearly due to the improperly designed and understaffed layout. Customer service trumps inconvenience with me every time!

This hertz location was closed when I arrived.
I had to reschedule another car at the airport
the airport fees were astronomical !
I’ll never accept a rental from the airport again
