The guys at the front counter were seemingly nice and welcoming. The vehicle (2011 Subaru Impreza) however; was disturbingly filthy and had mechanical issues (check engine light and some other water light were on the entire time...plus the sputtering). I called customer service and was told to call the facility to change vehicles. I could not reach the location because the office phone was forwarded to a cell phone that was not answered. I will never rent from this facility again. Possibly the worst experience. Felt like I was being “punkd”. I was only in town for one day and had appts to get to so I didn’t have time to waste driving back to facility after I called.
-address on site did not have the correct zip code so it was much further than I thought
-gas was on 1/2 tank but it was marked as being on full tank (did get it marked correctly before I left in the vehicle)
