Hertz charged me 49$ extra for being one and half hour late. Even I explained that the late return is because of the traffic in front of hertz and also I was cleaning the car outside of the hertz for half hour. They still charged me and I will never recommend hertz. I have same experience with enterprise and the listener to me and didn’t charged.
