I never in my life was stood up so badly by a service provider like this time. I have my rental car pre-paid, and on the day I needed to pick it up I was told that they have no car available. Even worse it was just moments ago rented to another customer. I complained to the main office, because the office manager where car was ordered was rude, uncooperative, and gave no reasonable explanation of what happened. I'm considering a legal action, because until now nobody from the company reacted to my complain. I needed a larger car for a family vacation travel with a special needs child, and HERTZ did all the best to ruin our vacation. This is absolutely gross and unacceptable service.
