The service rep was great and the rental went very quickly. Great Chevrolet Malibu, very clean and ready to go. Quick and no stress return. I wouldn’t rent from another Hertz location next trip to Cincinnati.

This location in Fairfield was very helpful. We changed plans and forgot to pickup our car on day reserved. Day later, Hertz employee was not perturbed, had a couple cars for us to pick from and allowed us time to choose. Hertz was the only rental company that allowed us to drop the car cross country at a reasonable charge. Rest were ridiculous. Pays to check with Hertz.

Hertz is the worst place to book a car, the first time I made a reservation At the time of pick up they told me that my reservation did not exist and that they had no cars available for that day. they left me without a car so I ended up renting one later at Enterprise, the second time I rented a car and At the time of returning the car, they charged me $ 150 dollars because I did not wash it, porque I never had to wash a car before returning it in other places, if had I known, if I had been warned, with less than $ 15 dollars I would have vacuumed and washed. I do not rent cars with hertz anymore it's the worst place, they do not have seriousness.
