My first time renting with Hertz! My original pickup location (Elm street) was closed and I was not aware until I arrived. They did have additional contact numbers on the door and the individual I spoke to notified me where I could pick up my rental. I like being able to drop off my vehicle when I return home and I was not able to do this with Hertz/Mitchell location. Also, putting an additional $200 hold on a credit card should be discontinued.

I love working with the guys at the Downtown Cincinnati office, they are simply great. always a perfect experience

The car was dirty. And the sale agent didn't have time to go over the car functions with me
