We reserved our car thru car rental.com. And couldn’t be Happier with easy pick up and drop off. I even got a reminder from Dale the manager of the Lville office I picked up from. Will use again.

I had originally reserved a mid size SUV at a very good price, but requested a larger vehicle due to my needs. Was able to upgrade at a good price as well. The customer service rep was very easy to work with and took great care with me.

Below you'll find our top recommendations if you want to grab the best price on a rental car:
Simple to maneuver and with great gas mileage — it's no wonder that compact cars are the most booked rental vehicle in Kentucky. And if you're planning to cruise down the city streets of Louisville or Lexington, you'll be pleased you chose a smaller car too. Zip through traffic, squeeze into crowded parking lots, and glide down narrow lanes — discover why bigger doesn't always mean better!
Obviously, you can't check out Kentucky without seeing some of its natural treasures. Go road tripping around rural landscapes and rolling hills from the comfort of something bigger, like a mid-size SUV. Load up your passengers and whatever else you need to take — these vehicles offer loads of space for luggage and impressive legroom.
You'll be glad to know that there's a huge range of both economy and luxury rental vehicles on offer in Kentucky. What you go with depends on your budget and what you're planning to do. Prestige vehicles often spare no expense when it comes to comfort and class. If you're splashing out, why not go for an elite SUV, or perhaps a cushy medium-sized vehicle? Otherwise, if you just need something to get from A to B as cheaply as possible, you're better off going with a versatile compact vehicle (or something else that's unlikely to break the bank).
