no problem with the provider. no forcing to take out additional insurance. decent old vehicle, 66,000 km but in good condition: a nissan juke with a poor finish and faulty defrost. also few times. on the other hand, quite comfortable and not very greedy (4.5 l per 100!) good overall assessment

The rental went well. An agent was waiting for us on the arrival of the flight to bring us to the shuttle agency. The agency hostess spoke French (a coincidence that facilitated explanations). The car was well scuffed and dented. We added some marks that did not appear on the form, including a big bump on the hood. He did it without arguing. No problem when returning from the vehicle.

Location of the agency outside the airport, shuttle to wait on the way to and from the Europcar office. Staff little attentive and unfriendly. No consideration of my loyalty card for a possible upgrade or to offer a service as the 2nd driver. The card number has not been registered on the rental. To claim like last year. Vehicle offered was a Nissan Micra for VW Polo category. Micra less saying from my point of view in quality and performance. As much to indicate Micra which seems to be the only car available in this category.
