My experience with Dollar was good. I had problem with car, called Road side assistance & found that the car was assisting me meaning it was turning off when stopped. I found the button to stop this assistance & all was ok. However, Road side assistance put a hold on the car and when I called to find out if I would get credited if I returned the car on the 21st instead of the 30th of March because of the Coronavirus, I was told they could not tell me because of the hold. I would appreciate having a phone # of CarRentals.com so I could speak with them. Dollar credited us for taxes and fees but for the rest they said I have to speak to CarRentals.com. I sent an email to Customer care on March 25th and am awaiting a reply which I would greatly appreciate. You have my name, phone # and email.

Very easy but when seen the drop off with the customers just before me, never they wash the car inside...Coranavirus. I think they knows it’s doesn’t exist.
