In general, we were satisfied, although at the pickup of the car obvious problems at the counter occurred. Despite 3 people at the terminals and the station manager took the clearance of a customer between 20-30 minutes. So in the end, from queuing (7 customers) to key leasing, the total duration was 1 hour 20 minutes. Thankfully, the usual discussions about additional insurance benefits were very short. The car was in good condition, the delivery was quick and uncomplicated. I hope the prepaid fuel bill will be refunded.

Well arranged, clear explanation about the rental process. Car was clean and practically new, 7000 km on the clock

When picking up wanted - as always - the employee still sell insurance. He quickly realized that it was not wanted. When returning the employee saw a damage that was not, just a green line, probably from the car wash, only after much discussion and my demonstration that the strip can be removed with a fingernail, the AVIS man finally beaten, it would be "full-insuranse", had been his constant argument. I had chosen specifically for one of the major providers, although others were significantly cheaper. The car was great, Seat Leon with 1600 km on it, offering additional products is also, as far as everything is good - the return was a joke.
