Budget counter person in Nanaimo (from NZ) was excellent. I had mistakingly made my reservation in Parksville but he cancelled that and got me a Toyota Sienna which was excellent in all respects. When we returned the car, he was at the counter, gave us more info on NZ as we may visit there soon. He arranged a ride for us to the Nanaimo ferry terminal. 5 Stars!

I had a good experience with Enterprise. I got a free upgrade to a Ford Escape. I had to extend the rental for a day. No problems and a driver dropped me back to a residence after drop off. Will definitely use this company again.
