My experience was bad the reception was trying to discourage me asking for additional credit card after I use my credit card to do a pay now week prior , she tried to add extra fees by trying to equip me with things I didn’t ask for

I picked up my vehicle. I declined all additional services, except locking in a gas price at 2.49, and was quoted 34 dollars. While signing, she quickly jumbled something about max of 80 dollars. Well - in the end, I was charged 80 dollars to fill a accord ( I think it was a cruze). Where I left the tank, it wouldn't have been the 35 at the gas station - let alone EIGHTY ADDITIONAL dollars. I'm overall confused about why I was charged so much to have the gas option. Buy beware. Otherwise, services were fine but I am not likely to return at this point. happy holidays!

This was not a great experience. Picking up the car the agent was more concerned about the slow Internet speed than customer service. Second day into rental the car died and come to find out the housing for the positive battery terminal was loose. Fortunately we were able to diagnose and fix ourselves. Support line wanted us to continue and if it stalled again no worries just call and a new car would be there promptly, yea right. Also were told that 60 miles from the airport was too far too accommodate a different car on the spot. GUESS we go with someone else next time.
