Every single time I go in to hurt they don't have the car that I want I have to wait around I pay the extra $100 to be the the member that gets quick in-and-out service, And it never fails that they don't have the car that I'm requesting. What makes me the most upset is that bale do a $10 A-day up charge if I wanted get a better car but they won't do a $10 A-day down charge if I get a lesser grade vehicle. Now I've tried to fit everything in the car that I need to bring with me in it won't fit because I didn't get the minivan after waiting for 3 days for something to come in.

Convient drop off when they were closed was great. Service all the way around was awesome
