Bottom: I booked a premium category (Mercedes C class for 5 people) with Premium insurance through Auto Escape. And yet, without really telling me, the person at the counter offered me vehicles that were out of my category and that required a supplement. I had to insist on having a vehicle of the chosen category. And then, she tried to sell me insurance because this taken through Autoescape had nothing to do with Sixt and so I had a franchise of 1850 € to settle in case of problems ...

The rental went well, in an atmosphere of confidence, and Nina at the reception is full of kindness and cheerfulness, while being very efficient.

My entire experience was amazing in customer service. Toulouse Airport Sixt from Phone, front desk and drop off has been the best experience I’ve ever had with ANY car rental. They all looked after me as though I was a valued friend or family member.
