Just overall a bad experience. I used to work for Sixt between 2012-2014 in Florida. The Atlanta location was not up too par with the standard. The staff was slow and rude on pick up. The car had trash in it when I picked it up and although they told me the gas tank was full, it wasn't. Finally the price changed from what I prepaid, to the final amount upon pickup.

I thought I was all set on my rental for my drive to my daughter's wedding. To my surprise, I was made aware of extra fees if I drove to specific states and I was driving to DC, which is one of those areas. This made the rental too expensive to use and I was not happy anyway so I cancelled and went with Enterprise.

Great service!! Had a wonderful experience, would use again if I need a rental. The security deposit was accidentally charged to my card 3X but the person at the desk took the initiative to ensure the mistake was corrected. Took awhile but customer service was fantastic.
