PREORDER THE CAR FOR AN 10.45PM ARRIVAL AT THE DUS AIRPORT. LADY WAS FIRST FRIENDLY AND SHE ASKED TO SIGN THE CONTRACT WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT CAR YOU WILL GET. ONCE THAT IS DONE SHE PRINTS OUT THE CONTRACT WITH IN THIS CASE HAD A LONG LIST OF DAMAGES TO THE CAR, FROM DENTS TO SCRATCHES TO STONE CHIPS IN THE WINDSHIELD. AS IT HAS BEEN THAT LATE OF THE EVENING I WAS NOT PREPARED TO CHECK OUT THE DETAILS. I ASKED FOR ANOTHER CAR WHICH DOES NOT HAVE SUCH A LONG LIST OF DAMAGES. NO SHE SAID, SHE HAS TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AND WRITE A NEW CONTRACT, WHICH WOULD COST ME 20 EUROS. AFTER DEBATING YOU HAVE NO CHOICE TO TAKE THE CAR SINCE YOUR DAY HAS BEEN LONG ALREADY WITH FAR AWAY TRAVEL. I DO RECOMMEND TO LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW BEFOREHAND WHAT TYPE OF DAMAGES THE RENTAL CAR HAS. ONCE AT THE STATION TO PICK UP THE CAR, NOBODY WAS AROUND TO ADVICE OR INFORM ABOUT THIS CAR. ANYHOW, I HAD CHOOSEN SIXTH BECAUSE OF THE GOOD NAME, BUT I DID NOT CHOOSE TO DRIVE AROUND IN A CAR WHICH IS DAMAGED. IN OTHER WORDS, NEXT TIME I CHOOSE ANOTHER CHEAP RENTAL WHICH GIVE YOU THE SAME RESULT FOR LESS.
