First we waited 30 min for the shuttle in the freezing rain. After 3 calls, finally came. Then took 1 hour to get car because they were out of cars. They were totally out of control. Then the shuttle driver from airport to Payless was blasting a very inappropriate radio station the entire ride. Will never use again!!

I was not prepared for the off-site pick-up, which usually involves a shuttle bus to the close-by location. This pick-up was in a van and several blocks away from the airport. No major issue, just not what I was expecting. Once on-site, I requested an EZPass toll card. The original car did not have this card. Our replacement car incurred an out-of-state fee. Compared to the amount of tolls in the surrounding area, the toll card and extra fees were still cheaper than not having the card. Again, I was not expecting to pay more once on-site. Very friendly staff, though.

My car smelled like mold and had pieces falling off and a maintenance light on. Guess that’s why it was so inexpensive.
