My experience with the supplier this time was great -- super! Previously the rep and I kinda butted heads (maybe we were both having a bad day that time.) But during this rental, both during the pick up and the drop off, she completely made up for it and the service was exceptional. The service this time was so improved that my husband even asked me several times if that was the same person that helped us last time and I kept saying yes, it is. The service was fast and friendly! I appreciated all the extra that she did for us during this rental visit. I preferred gong to that location for its convenience and now I can also prefer it for the service.
