My experience was overall pretty good. I did not receive enough information on their i-pass scanning system, and I had to stop at a toll office to ask how it worked. Would recommend going through the i-pass / toll pass directions more clearly next time. Also... if all the highways use tolls, it would be good to know.

Great car, and very efficient. I misunderstood the toll box directions and somehow, did not see it (in front of my nose) on the inside of the windshield. I chose to NOT go on the tollways at all despite the fact that they could have saved me time both ways. I ran behind on Sun AM while returning and explained my situation to the very nice and helpful attendant that greeted me on my return. He carefully explained that even though I had not sen it, I could have gone through the tolls and they could have charged me using the license plate. That is good to know for next time. The gentleman allowed me to only pay for one day, despite being 15 minutes late or so, maybe less. I thought that was totally fair, and although I would have wanted to use the car, if charged, the whole event made my trip go better.
