They charged my card over $200 more than they should have without any warning. Still waiting for customer service to fix it.

Will not be renting from Payless again. Everything from start to finish was terrible. The manager were helpful while returning the car but other than that my experience was the worse experience ever.

My car was ready, the check-in was smooth. There was even a snow brush in the car! Very thoughtful as we don't usually have snow on September 8th!!
