The pick up at the service point was uncomplicated, but the way to the parking garage is long long !! Now to the car. Bad. Simply bad! The interior scratched and not clean and everywhere sunscreen. Outside, not listed scratches. Note: Report immediately and complain. Watch out! Difficult to find a service or hotline in hindsight.

My only issues were that no-one was there to explain the car to me and the manual was in german. Also that I had to pay each day for the navigation which took my budgeted car allowance through the roof. This was a major issue for me as I know I couldn't drive without it.

The guy at the counter barely said anything to me and then handed me stuff to sign without explaining anything. When questioned about the total amount not being what I agreed to on the initial reservation he said it was a deposit I would get back. That was a lie bc the deposit didn’t come back. Then at the drop off place at Frankfurt-Hahn, the parking was not close to the airport which I was not made aware of until I got to the airport. Bad experience at both airports not to mention the agreement I signed was in a different language and the guy at Stuttgart explained nothing and wasn’t friendly at all. Last time I rent from Hertz!
