Pickup was easy, vehicle was as expected. Only issue was the toll pass tag was invalid. Went through several tolls before becoming aware of the issue. Paid cash on the return trip.

My experience was not pleasant. Economy car was requested but was not available. Was given a big gas-guzzling mini-van. Car could not be returned at the site because of the early morning time. Had to leave it in White Plains, which was inconvenient. It also cost me more for the inconvenience. I could have booked it in White Plains for less.
