The experience was horrible and unacceptable. I arrived at the location with the hertz reservation number in hand and was told we have no cars for you. I showed the employee my hertz recommendation number and he stated I am sorry and that it was not his fault. I asked who's fault was it? The response was more of a reaction while he stared at me blankly, and could provided no verbal response. He suggested that I go over to dollar rental car as they might have cars. Normally I would have gone through the exciting adventure of calling hertz and spending the next hour of my life on the phone but chose to go to dollar instead. Unfortunately I did not have a reservation with dollar so the rental proved to be a bit more costly, an additional 80 dollars to be precise. I will be complaining to hertz direct along with the better business Bureau and consumer affairs. Use hertz at your own peril.

We confirmed several times and arrived earlier to be sure to have a car as it was high holiday season.
