Pickup took a full hour. This was the same for the other clients there to pickup a rental car. Given the hard sell for insurance coverage.

Awful customer service, never again, very rude people at the desk , uninterested, charged me $152 extra without explaining me properly what it was for, they told me the insurance I had was useless and that was the price take or give. I am making this story short because just remembering what I went through is too long and stressful. But if you can just avoid them like the plague...
