My experience picking up the car was horrible. FOX is no longer with the company it used to be...it is now with EuropCar and noone told us. Then, the car was not available, the insurance purchased was not valid and I couldn't get a car. I had to rent a car directly with EuropCar for a completely new rate after spending more than an hour at their office! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

the ride back to airport was not good made me wait and then not show up to take me back

Awful experience, starting from the counter with lies and overselling ending with the drop-off with going straight to dents that were previously there but not on the papers. Lucky with taking a video around the car
