The staff was very nice and helpful, but i pre-purchased the insurance through the site and the rental car counter told me it was invalid and didn't cover everything. I had to get their insurance to be fully covered. The rental which cost $100 ended up costing $300 for the insurance so basically the insurance was double price of the car. Since I was in Mexico I just went ahead and did it. I wasn't happy, but I wanted to be protected in a foreign country. I would double check with your own personal insurance to see if if covers mexico in advance because their insurance is just ridiculous.

Title says it all. The price was too good to pass up but both at pick up and return the wait times were especially lengthy. There was only 1 other person ahead of me at pick up and I still spent just over an hour waiting. About a half hour was spent on return without a single customer there.

The company did not have the car I reserved available, offered a smaller car for the same price. Then added insurance, said I had to have it because I was in mexico when I had documents stating that I was insured for Mexico up to $50,000. Ended up paying way too much, double what other customer's were coming in and paying. They did not go get the car until we heard all about a time share pitch.
