This was the worst experience ever made a reservation for a car atleast a week before I arrived , once we got there the car agency said they didn’t have my car that I originally selected they said they didn’t have anything close to what I originally asked for and made reservations for, they were trying to give me a different car 4 times more then what we thought we were going to spend on a car rental. So this was just Horrible I think they do that to a lot of people just so they can up sell you on a different car for way more money I don’t now how company’s like this stay in business be AWARE I won’t trust them ever again. Made my day the worst ever.

Arrived at the counter at 6 am when I had reserved the car. The office didn’t open until 7 am, so I had to take a bus to get to my appointment. I called customer service to change the reservation for just one day and I had planned to pick up the car the following day. I was on the phone for over an hour and had to talk to multiple representatives to ensure the guarantee of the original daily cost. Then when I arrived the next day they didn’t have the car I had reserved from group of six individuals and told me there was nothing I could do. I was forced to reserve a car with a different company for five times the cost.

they changed the price of the rental without an explanation they charged me $126.00 and the contract was for $79.00 the car broke down about 3 miles from the office on my return took 30 min to call the road assistance, no one cares if you're in trouble, finally I managed to have taxi driver give me a jump made it to the car return office.
