The price I reserved the car for on CarRental.com was not honored by the company, nor was the insurance that I paid for in full when I reserved the car online. They said the insurance had nothing to do with them and was a CarRental.com thing and that I'd have to buy their insurance or they would put a $2000 hold on my credit card and I'd be responsible for the full cost of repair for anything that would happen to the vehicle.

Made me pay a facilities charge per day and held a $2,500 dollar deposit when I had already purchased insurance with this sight. YES $2,500 not a typo. Ridiculous!!

Excellent service! Great staff.
Pickup and drop off was a simple process
The car was great
Simple shuttle service from the airport
The attendant gave me a ride to the airport to avoid waiting for the shuttle.
