It was a great experience, But you have to work with all the Hertz offices and make sure that they respect the customers when we already have a Reservation, because I have to look for a different office when they call me to let me know that they don't have any available after I have my Reservation already. Thanks.

I could have rated them a 10, but they did not have a selection. They only had 1 vehicle to rent.
