Was awful I ordered it online and paid by credit card price came to around $300. When we got there to pick up couldn’t get because payment mad was by different renter( spouse/partner) and said they could t do it. When we tried to redo it their with payment and rental in one name they wanted over $600 not counting the 267 I already paid that was tied up for few days. We ended up getting a hotel that night because by then it was 1:30am. Next day my sister picked us up went to budget and got a bran new van for $300 out the door. Will not ever go back to fox. They would not do nothing for us.

The shuttle took over an hour to arrive at the airport. Once the shuttle finally showed up, there were so many people waiting that there wasn’t enough room for everyone. Once we finally arrived at the agency, there was only 2 agents working and well over 20 customers waiting. Took 90 minutes to pickup a prepaid rental. Will never use this location again.

Customer service was excellent, they helped us upgrade our vehicle with no problem. The problem was we didn’t like the vehicle we upgraded to, but since it was only one day we mustered through. I would highly recommend them as it was a very quick and easy process, if we would’ve listen to many of the reviews we would’ve never used them. The only issue came when we used the shuttle to get back to what we thought was Miami airport, instead it was the rental car location. We were leaving for a cruise and needed to pick up the shuttle to the port from Miami international airport, we did not know that we were being dropped off at the car rental location which is about 15 minutes from the actual airport and if a police officer wouldn’t have told us we would have never known. Which was not the car rental companies fault it was the shuttle bus drivers fault. We will know for next time
