I was relieved to have a friendly staff that worked quickly and efficiently to get me on my way. It is so nice to have a friendly polite voice after a long flight.

Waited almost 45 minutes for the shuttle to show up at the airport. Then we stood in line for almost 2 hours at their office to pick up a car I had reserved AND paid for 2 months earlier. Then the kicker, the car smelled so bad I had to bring it back 2 days later and exchange it for another one. This is was after I tried Fabreeze and anything else I could think of to get rid of the smell. Both cars were not clean, seats were dirty, windows had been wiped but where all streaked and hard to look out of. The replacement vehicle did not have any window washer fluid in it and it sounded like it had a flat tire. I will say the exchange was very easy and quick.

I reserved a small SUV for pickup. I arrived at the prereserved time of my reservation. I was informed after waiting in line for over 20 minutes at midnight that my reserved car wasn't available. I was offered a smaller car that wouldn't accomodate my families need. They suggested I take the smaller vechicle and return in the morning to get my original vehicle. Finally, another agent stepped in and found us a returned small SUV to take. After waiting over an hour another 15 minutes was tolerable.
