I rented 2 cars for 1 day each. The first day I reserved an SUV but was told they didn’t have any. I was given a standard size car with the tire pressure light on. Wait time was very long to pick up. I wanted to extend my rental but needed to change the drop off location. Tried to call but excessive wait times so just made a whole new reservation. Returned the car and this time I did get an SUV. I had to wait a very long time in line with only 2 agents working. Then I was charged a $500 deposit when the day before I was charged $150 deposit. I was told it’s always $500 so not sure why it wasn’t the day before. The SUV was very beat up, only a spare key no Auto Unlock control due to no fob. Both sides scratched. I had it for 3 hours just to drive from MCO to FLL. Upon returning the car the guy said there was a dent in the roof and said he would charge me for it if it wasn’t over 50,000 miles already! I can’t even see the roof but I did mark all the scratches when I rented the car. I told him I had it 3 hours I did not dent the roof. He was rude and said I was lucky it had high mileage or I’d be charged! Unbelievable! I would not rent from FOX again!

I was happy with the car but not happy at all with my bill they charged me when I returned the vehicle. It was over double of what I thought I was going to pay.

The Customer Service was Excellent inside of the Rent a Car. I was needing a change of vehicle and they gave me what I really needed with an excellent professionalism !!
