My experience was really a good one would surely use them again, stafff was awesome and friendly

First of all we had to wait 2 extra hrs before picking up cargo van because they had not serviced it. Then before even leaving house the next am, the light came on to check cap. SURPRISE, THERE WAS NO GAS CAP. We had to spend an extra 1 1/2 hrs to go pick up a gas cap at the parts depart for the make of the van as well as pay for it. Finally on the road of the first 2 hrs of a 12 hr trip, the oil service and low air pressure in left back tire light displayed. I'm not sure what they did for service the extra 2 hrs we waited for pick up. When we reported the issues once on the road and upon return we received a shoulder shrug and a one word sorry.

My experience with CarRentals.com was uneventful, just the way a car rental should be. Kudos to Enterprise in Winter Haven FL. The Sales Reps and their Cistomer Service focus made the whole process smooth from pick up thru return.
