firstly cancelled our rental for being late but we waited for over 1 1/2 hours to be picked up by the shuttle. Then made us add insurance after I bought theirs on the website. cost twice as much as the ones in the terminal. Don't get caught up in their advertised low price. it doubles before you leave.

Unlike our booking confirmation suggested, the miles were NOT unlimited for FL residents and are limited to 50 miles per day. We asked to change the driver on the booking, as I have NJ license, unlike my husband who has FL license. After CarRentals called Nextcar customer service and a rep there agreed to swap names, they refused to do the same at the place we were picking up the car. They also apparently do not accept every car insurance, so we ended up paying for insurance coverage out of pocket. Three hours later, they produced damaged car - damaged back left side, bad transmission, nail in the tire. If there was 0 stars available - that would be the raiting.

Was told this was onsite at airport and it wasn’t, also when I got there they wanted to charge me $12/day for tolls or $25/day if I didn’t pay the $12/day and drove through a toll. Then I declined the coverage and they told me I had to provide I had $300,000 coverage for liability and damage which I didn’t have so I called my insurance company and got it changed, I had them on the phone to vouch for me and they wouldn’t accept that. After all of that they didn’t even have the car or any cars on there lot to rent so they let me waste my time for nothing. This place needs to shut down it’s such a scam.
