The pickup process took a while. However, we were very happy with the car, the rate, return, and the easy access at the Albany airport. We were very happy with this rental experience.

When picking up she walked around vehicle making sure it was perfect, dropping it off not until I said, are you going to check it out. No ice scraper.

The car we ended up with was comfortable and met our expectations. But there were issues that we tried to address a month in advance of we picked up the car. We discovered that for our 10 day rental, they were going to require a payment on a single credit card, up-front, and an additional deposit, with the optional insurance that we elected to have. I am in the process of rebuilding my credit so I did not have a credit card with a high enough credit limit. We were not allowed to break it up amongst two credit cards, nor pay for it with cash or a debit card. So even though we had plenty of money to pay for the car up-front they were going to deny the rental. I called 4 different times and we were able to change from and SUV to a van and then we could pay with a debit card Why???? No one knows. But whatever, I'll take the van. Show up on the day of the rental and none of what was discussed in the 4 previous phone calls was documented anywhere..... When I questioned why we could not break up the payments to two different credit cards, it's required.. Asked what was the point of calling to make sure any issues we're resolved long before pick up, the systems don't allow for any notes.... So to sum it up, Car good. Service bad.
