Staff in the airport building incompetent. We said we had canceled but was just unable to enter the correct reservation number into the system. Then, while getting an upgrade, which was supposed to be a diesel vehicle - fine, if that were true. In addition, bad English language skills. The vehicle delivery takes longer, waiting time. First sign the protocol, then sift through the vehicle. Defects must be added. Urgently take pictures. Return very quickly and easily, so still 3 stars.

System mistakenly listed me as untrustworthy. Then it turns out that there was a system error - everything lasted forever. When the car we had to wait again 45min on the child seat, which we had ordered long in advance! So a total of 1.5 hours pickup time!
