I wanted to pick up the car 1.5 hours before the booked time (12 days). The desired vehicle is ready, said Ms VALENTINA. I can have the car immediately if I still an additional insurance of only 15, - then 12, - € per day, otherwise I have to wait another 1.5 hours. Even a contract change by 1.5 hours earlier was not possible. 1 1/2 hours later I was served, my desired vehicle was no longer available, I had to choose another car. When the car had a flat foot after 7 days, the car was replaced but we got a dirty dirty (it was the only available) car a class lower. At the time of delivery, I was informed that there are still 36,60 € to pay.

Very good opinion I will renew a rental home.

Very disappointed with the delivery ... It took two hours to recover the vehicle, no explanation or excuse for this wait. In addition, I had taken the total franchise on the site but it did not cover integrality with potential damage of Maggiore! I find it unacceptable to have to pay twice but suddenly I took the risk of not being covered in case of damage! The restitution did not absolutely happen either as announced, it needed proof of refueling less than 20 km from the airport on pain of losing the deposit but finally, there was nobody to receive the car ! I had to manage to guess how to do! Leave the car in the car park and put the keys in a mailbox! No state So return places, hoping that there are no elements to challenge ...
